The course is designed both for care/support and senior staff, within any organisation, who require to risk manage and minimise that risk to clients and staff.
SYNOPSIS
The course will explore and extend participants' knowledge of Risk Management, efficient Risk Assessment, including The Law, Individual Responsibilities, Action Planning, Reporting and Policies relevant to their role at work.
AIM
The aim of the course is to reduce the risk to the client and staff member through Assessment, Planning, Management and Policy adherence.
OBJECTIVES
