This service is is designed for senior staff within a care/support organisation who wish to develop and/or build on their existing policies. 

SYNOPSIS

We will assist you to maximise the effectiveness of your policies and procedures by ‘taking stock’ of your exisiting policies and procedures and harmonising this with best practice, the law and best practice.

AIM

To assist managers in the care environment with policy creation and/or review.

METHODOLIGY

Policy review and accompanying guidance such as staff hand books. Agreement on policy content and outlay.Liaison ‘back and forth’ until the document has final approval.

A modern, user-friendly policy document which incopropartes relevant guidelenies, standards and laws
