TARGET PARTICIPANT GROUP
This course is designed for people from the care sector who wish to develop and/or build on their existing skills on this topic.
It is aimed at all staff who feel they need some formal training to enhance their team relations.
SYNOPSIS
This course provides participants with the opportunity to gain a broad overview of confrontation in the care sector and to improve both their skills and understanding in this area, in order they feel valued and supported.
AIM
To assist staff in the care environment with skills and understanding to support good team practice, whilst minimising confrontation of any sort, in order staff relations are harmonised and enables each staff member to offer high quality care.
DESIRED OUTCOME
The primary outcome of today’s training is to enable staff to exercise their role, whilst being assured there are protective mechanisms in place to support them, should their attempts to minimise confrontation not be realised.
