Clinical Supervision

DURATION: From a Half Day


TARGET PARTICIPANT GROUP


The course is designed both for care and senior staff, within any organisation, who wish to implement or improve on Clinical Supervision

SYNOPSIS

The course will explore and extend participants' knowledge about the topic: methods of implementation, models of use, guidelines, ownership, record keeping. Participants will go on to look at their own presentation within a Clinical Supervision setting.


Aim - the aim of the course is to raise awareness of 'Clinical Supervision', so Care and Senior Staff are empowered to effectively introduce/improve this concept.

Roles and skills of a supervisor
